This article explains how to connect Recruitee with Swipe4Work, what data is exchanged, and how to manage the integration settings.

1. Enable Tellent Recruitee in Swipe4Work

Requirements

To enable the Recruitee integration, the user must have the following permissions in Recruitee:

• Manage API tokens
• Manage webhooks
• Manage candidates
• View job data

Step-by-step setup

1. Log in to Recruitee

   Use an account with the correct permissions.

2. Create a Personal API Token

   1. Go to Settings → Apps and Plugins → Personal API tokens.

      

   2. Click New token.

      

   3. Name it, for example, Swipe4Work.

      

   4. Click Save, confirm via the verification email, and copy the generated token.

      

3. Locate your Company ID

   • Go to Settings → Apps and Plugins → Personal API tokens.

   • Find the field ID (usually a short numeric code).

   • Save this ID for later use.

     

4. Set up a Webhook

   1. Go to Settings → Apps and plugins → Webhooks.

      

   2. Click New webhook.

      

   3. Fill in:

      • Name: Swipe4Work
      • Publish URL: https://api.swipe4work.com/v1/ats/recruitee/webhook

   4. Under Send a message when…, enable:

      • Move on pipeline
      • Candidate deleted
      • Job unpublished

      

   5. Test each event using Test payload, then click Verify and create.

      

   6. Copy the Webhook Secret shown after clicking Show secret.

      

5. Log in to Swipe4Work

   • Go to your employer portal.

   • Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Recruitee.

     

     

6. Click Integrate

   

7. Enter integration credentials

   Fill in the following fields:

   • Personal API token

   • Company ID

   • Webhook Secret

     Then click Save. Swipe4Work will validate the data and activate the connection immediately.
